Jake Kolb’s Biography

WFCI Executive Board President

Jake Kolb currently serves as the Deputy Director of Rush County Court Services, where he oversees daily operations and supports the agency’s mission to promote community safety and positive outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Jake graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2013 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He began his career at Marion County Community Corrections in 2012. In 2013, he was hired by Rush County Community Corrections where he has gained extensive experience in supervision, case management, and program development.

Over the years, he has served in multiple specialized roles, including Certified Problem-Solving Court Case Manager and Pretrial Officer for a certified pretrial program. His professional focus includes working with high-risk individuals, those with substance use disorders, and individuals with mental health needs, where he emphasizes accountability, rehabilitation, and access to supportive services. Jake began serving on the House of Ruth Executive Board in 2019.
